As a VC accelerator, we help businesses and startups scale and expand their reach through our VC Accelerator Programme and inner-circle network. The VC Prestige Club is our member platform — increasingly supported by AI-driven matching across keywords and metrics — built to connect the right projects with the right investors, saving time for investors and improving outcomes for founders.

Janet Lee

Founder · CEO · Managing Director

Janet Lee is the Founder, CEO and Managing Director of Venture Capital Network Pte Ltd, and the driving force behind the VC Prestige Club. Since founding VCN in 2013, she has built the firm’s practice across listings advisory, OTC/IPO advisory, alternative investment, business brokerage, and capital fundraising — conducting and moderating investor roadshows, deal showcases, and high‐signal investor engagement events across Singapore & Malaysia.

Janet is known in the community for taking a relationship-first approach to raising capital — working closely with founders on fundraising strategy, investor introductions, and banking relationships, and helping numerous startups and SMEs secure post-seed funding and working capital.
